SHIPMENT GUIDELINES AND RATES
SHIPPING POLICY:
IDOM uses FEDEX exclusively for delivery. All orders are shipped on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). For your convenience, we offer standard ground service, 2 day, 3 day, and next day air standard service for all domestic orders. Shipping costs are calculated by the price and weight of your order. Ground shipping starts at $12.00. IDOM is pleased to offer free FedEx ground shipping on all orders over $499 shipped within the 48 contiguous states.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
IDOM ships internationally with FEDEX. International customers should direct questions about their order to .
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders placed Monday—Friday (excluding holidays) before 1PM EST will begin processing same day and will ship within 48 hours (pending availability and credit verification). All orders placed after 1PM EST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 1PM EST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
RESTRICTIONS
IDOM does not offer weekend delivery. Ground shipping is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico (only 2 day or next day service). IDOM is unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. IDOM is not responsible for delays in shipping/delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.
TAXES/DUTIES/REFUSED SHIPPING (for international shipments)
Once IDOM has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, the customer will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties.
Please note: IDOM is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. The customer shall assume responsibility for all duties, taxes, and tariffs. All transactions will be in U.S. dollars. Due to customs regulations, we can’t offer gift wrapping to any of our international customers.
Should you place an order and refuse delivery, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges incurred on the package, as well as the cost of returning the package to IDOM. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
CLOTHING SIZE CHART
In addition to the standard sizes of xxs-xs, s-m, and l-xl, you’ll find that IDOM’s sizing system reflects the uniqueness of the pieces themselves: look to “Petite” for small, “Moderate” for medium, “Curvy” for large, and “Very Curvy” for extra large. At IDOM we know that bodies don’t always fit into standard sizes. Instead of continuing to fit our bodies into clothes, IDOM’s sizing reflects the opposite: our clothes should fit our bodies.
In order to help you make the best size choice, the following size chart includes standard US sizes along with traditional international sizes and IDOM’s sizes.

RETURN POLICY
Here at IDOM, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, please return it within 30 days of the date of invoice. We will gladly exchange your product or credit your account. Please note: All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached, with a copy of the invoice and the reason for return included. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If, for any reason, you would like to EXCHANGE a product, IDOM will happily ship the replacement at NO SHIPPING CHARGE to you.
NO RETURNS ON FINE JEWELRY ITEMS.
TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PURCHASE:
When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you receive from IDOM, contact us at returns@idomdesigns.com and tell us you name, address, which purchases you wish to return, and the reason for your dissatisfaction. We will then e-mail you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how and where to ship the item back. Upon return and receipt of the product, IDOM will exchange, refund, or credit the item, less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling. All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached, with a copy of the invoice and the reason for return included. NOTE: When shipping product back to IDOM, customers should choose the same shipper as when the product was delivered, as well as insure the item for full value should anything happen during shipping.

My Account - You have the opportunity to create a personal shopping account with IDOM. This account will allow you to shop faster and easier, and to check on order status and history. In creating this account, you authorize IDOM to store your name, email address, telephone number and shipping and billing addresses. This is for your convenience only. The information is not used for any other purpose.
Mailing List - When you create an account with IDOM, you will be given the option to be added to the IDOM mailing list. Whether or not you select this option, your personal information will never be sold to anyone. Additionally, subscriptions to the mailing list can be cancelled at any time.
Purchases - When you place an order, you will be asked to provide your credit card information. IDOM does not, however, store your credit card information.

IDOM goes to great lengths to keep your financial information private and safe. We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. The SSL encrypts, or translates, your order information into a highly indecipherable code, which is processed immediately. All credit card transactions occur in a secure area of our site, to protect you from any loss, misuse or alteration of information collected. When you have finished shopping and begin the checkout process, you will move into the secure area of our site. Once you've entered, the page address (URL) will change from http to https, to let you know you are in a secure area. Also, a key or a closed lock will appear in the lower right hand corner of your screen to notify you of this change. You will remain in this secure zone for the entire checkout process.

CHILDREN
Our web site is not meant for children, and we will not collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 without verified parental consent. We will remove from our files any personally identifiable information of anyone we discover to be under 13 years old.
